“ Best seafood! Fresh shrimp, clam Even the fried fish and shrimp had a delicious beer batter pop The deviled octopus melts in your mouth. Best stop to and from airport ”
“ Good locals restaurant. Menu available in English. Waitstaff speaks English too. Amazing food. Shrimp chevechi appetizer was a meal in itself ”
“ Great customer service, delicious, tasteful and fresh seafood near SJD Airport, good drinks, nice and pleasant outdoor atmosphere ”
“ Great local spot and also popular as our Uber driver said. I would go back. There was one entree we ordered that we shared was a bit higher than what I expected but I was not disappointed. It was a special plate that ended up being $3000 pesos but it did feed our family of 5. We should have asked before ordering, our mistake. It had lobster, shrimp & steak. ”
“ Absolutely loved this spot! The ceviche was incredible — super fresh and generously portioned, easily enough for two people, so no need to double up. We also had the shrimp with bacon and cheese, which was a total 10/10. The margaritas were strong and well-made, and the service was genuinely warm and attentive. We were lucky to catch a group of mariachis — not just talented, but clearly loving what they do, which made the whole experience even better. And don’t skip the flan — it’s the perfect sweet finish. Highly recommend! ”
“ This was the fist time, at this place, it was referred to me by one of the locals, the menu is broad and the prices are ok, I had the "El Patron Dish" came with cooked and uncooked shrimp, muscles, octopus and snail, by the way snail I thought I was not going to like but it was good!!..wife got the Marlin Gobernador tacos I had one and they were delicious, daughter had the breaded shrimp also great also came with rice and salad, we had rice water (Horchata), barley water and pineapple fresh water, all really good, for all this I paid $68.00 US dollars, all well worth it. You should give it a try. All the dishes are good. I did a little survey among people eating there before I made my choice. ”
“ What a perfect way to end our short trip in Cabo other than to spoil yourself with fresh seafood delectables at yours truly, Mariscos El Toro Guero San, in San Jose Cabo. This place was large, spacious, clean, busy and inviting. There were also plenty of seats to choose from. Highly recommended by locals, unfortunately, the family and I did not get the chance to try this place out last year. On our way to airport, my traveling group and I agreed to stop by. And, so we did and so glad. As much as I wanted to try everything on the menu, I knew it would be an overload. Looking at the menu, the choices seemed endless. Of course, I’m stuck on the usual - shrimp ceviche. I was already super excited that we finally made it to Toro Guero, but more so excited in trying out a place I’ve been waiting for a while to got to. Almost a year later, it was time for the shrimp ceviche taste test be put to use. It was a slam dunk, alright . Delicious to the last bite, the shrimp ceviche was one of the best of all the Mexican seafood places I’ve tried, so far. Not much was needed to add on the shrimp ceviche, as it was perfectly seasoned and lemoned up already. We were all stuffed. Our order came out in no time. While waiting for our food, we were served a tea cup full of complimentary seafood broth. Not bad. Servers may not have been the most personable but they were all attentive and efficient. They all did their share in making sure our order was accurate and that our needs were met until the end. I’ll tell you, in the past several days, we’ve had seafood overload. Thanks to Toro Guero for making sure we were fully satisfied. We will definitely be flying back to San Diego with all smiles. Totally recommend ”
“ Friendly and attentive servers, very quick to clean the table while you're eating... green salsa was pleasantly spicy and homemade fresh, but by pleasantly, I mean order a couple drinks first. Definitely a great meal to introduce your taste buds to Los Cabos. ”
